You have to be a local to fully appreciate the magic of the Full Moon. 1. They sponsored my little league team when I was 6. Yes, my team picture was on the wall for years. It may actually still be up somewhere... 2. Many a days during my preteen years were spent hanging out in those old, cracked, leather booths that probably hadn't been washed down since installation, working out the sordid details of a junior high love triangle. 3. The parking lot (that doubles as a shady truck stop at night)...total make out city!! This is where boys become men. 4. Great diner food. Milk shake and fries, of course. The breakfast food is damn good too. 5. Bizarre staff...they always seem to be a couple of flapjacks short of a full stack...yea... The customers will beat out any people watching experience you've ever had in the past. It's not a five start restaurant people. It's the FULL MOON. Enjoy it.

The food is very good and portions are huge - four egg omelette! Service is attentive; coffee cups were always refilled quickly. Typical diner setting. Will definitely go back!

I didn't think this place was all that great. The waitress was alright. Nothing more to say except that I should of gone to IHOP and had one of their pancakes rather than spend almost $8 on a burnt Belgian waffle. Yep, that's all what $8 got me.

Very solid breakfast joint near the Navy boot camp area. Got to eat there with my bro while visiting him. Tasty breakfast, filling portions, will definitely satisfy your hunger.

A greasy spoon which menu is way too big to do anything really well, but the waitresses are nice and it is open all night so it is a great place to go with some friend in the middle of the night.

i love going to this place. It was an oasis in college and a great stop on my many motorcycle rides. The food is good, staff is nice. They keep the service coming without getting in the way of deep discussion. Much of life's comedies and dramas have passed over these tables. It's a community place. They sponsor little league teams and serve a free turkey dinner on Thanksgiving since the 80s. may it never close or cut it's hours.

Large portions, and a large menu. The waitresses can be hit or miss.

Absolutely fantastic. Service was great, friendly and food was great. Had julienned salad and it was great. Don't forget about dessert, all homeade.

I had free coupons so why not. Staff has been friendly. Portions are solid. The food I had was pretty greasy though. I'd stop here if I was hungover or after a good day of boozin.

reminds me of diners back home in jersey. I love this place. simple and classic.

Great diner on the greasy side. In and out quickly. I usually get breakfast and late night snack. More of a greasy spoon or truck stop diner. I love that stuff and this is the real thing.

We were northbound on Skokie Highway toward NTC and we'd missed breakfast. There, to the right of the road, sat a restaurant, and I think I've seen variations of it on countless roads in different parts of the country, though each is a little different...just different enough. I thought I'd check my map over a slice of apple pie and coffee, and we stepped inside. Service was prompt, friendly, and the place was busy (Graduation weekend at NTC). The apple pie was tasty; the coffee was hot and wet. The restaurant has been in business for at least 32 years, and some of the patrons I spoke to were loyal customers who conversationally recommended a dozen different items on the menu, all of which are reasonably priced (I requested a copy of the menu), and the Full Moon proves you can't judge a book by its cover (or a restaurant by its facade). If I traveled this road regularly, I'd stop here instead of any of the quick-burger franchises to the north or south of it. As the song said, "They work hard for the money" and deserve success. For a night on the town with the family, there are better choices, but if you're driving purposefully and want to eat and press on, it's worth keeping it in mind.

This place definitely brings back memories of being stationed in Great Lakes. May i count the many nights i've shown up to this diner hungover. You've got nothing but good ol' fashion home cookin to sop-up a full nights drinking. I honestly don't remember what i ordered here cuz it's been years and im sure the alcohol eradicted every last memory i had of this place. Although i do recall they did have awesome breakfast. Perfect stopover on your way up from Chicago.

Reminds me of when I was a student at the Naval Training Center and had no mode of transportation other than taxis to get around. We always used to hit up this restaurant on the weekends for breakfast. It was pretty good. I actually really miss Illinois.

I like it for late night chats with my friends, but also breakfast/brunch with my family. The only thing i was really dissapointed in was the fact that my veggies seemed to be regular frozen veggies, unlike many places i have eaten at.

Full Moon: This is an all time classic place. It is most commonly referred to as "the mooner". It is basically a greasy spoon truck stop owned by John and Spiros (also the proprietors of "Flanagan's" where I was a bouncer) My Dad and I would stop for breakfast here on our way to go target shooting in Bristol, Wisconsin. There is a fantastic menu, and all of the Greek food items are great. My pal and I would always end the night here (we called it "topping") and then to "top the top" was going to Dunkin Doughnuts after the full moon. They recently redid the exterior of this place, but most hungry guys (rig drivers and businessmen alike) could give a rats ass about the décor. My buddy would always go with the gyros platter and I would have a bacon cheeseburger deluxe. A quick warning with respect to the desserts at this place. The dessert items are NOT fresh. These cakes have been spinning in the display case since the late seventies. A quick story with respect to this place. This joint is situated ridiculously close to US 41 North. There are no curbs or rumble strips between the highway and the restaurant. One time John and Spiros put out a suggestion box at the resister so my buddy decides to write up a question and submit it. The question read something to the effect of, "Have you ever thought if a rig carrying some steel beams was rolling the double nick, the driver falls asleep at the wheel, and plowed though this place? Do you think it would make it through the front door and out the back? How about if a cement mixer was rollin' full tilt boogie and plowed though this place? What would you do?" I actually had to convince the owner to not call the cops on my pal because the owner thought my buddy was planning to do this. Unreal.

Off the highway restaurant, this location offers coffee around the clock and a variety of meal options. Best thing about it is, you can get it any time you want it. The staff are friendly and don't mind leaving you to sit and talk.

Great place to eat after hrs cing how I work the overnight shift had a corn beef sandwich when I 1st came here n it was fy n I ain't just sayin that but it was I'm doin the jumbo bacon cheese burger this time. I wanted to try the breakfast but I only eat breakfast at a certain time of day so my next time the menu has a variety of foods frm breakfast, lunch to dinner this is a must stop if u r n the area

This is your standard breakfast joint with good food and service. It brings back fond memories for my husband and his time at Great Lakes Naval Base. We were passing through on our way to a wedding in Wisconsin and stopped for breakfast. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was on top of it and very friendly - coffee was never empty and service was fast. I ordered the Greek Island Omellete which was jam packed with feta cheese and a sprinkling of chopped gyro meat. My husband ordered the standard eggs, sausage, home fries and toast and was happy. Great experience and will be sure to stop back next time we are passing through.

What can I say about Full Moon. My dad is a WW2 veteran, still alive and kicking, and I take him to the VA hospital near here when I'm around. Today we stopped for lunch at Full Moon. This is a classic Greek owned Chicago area joint. The server was friendly, funny as hell and very Greek. Coffee was good and strong. Dad had beef barley soup, I had a veggie egg white omelet and I have to say, it was as good as those things get. I love places like this and this is a nice one with really low prices. They treat veterans nice too, big plus as I come from a very military family.

I drive from Kenosha all the time to eat here. They have lots of choices and great food. My favorite is the Farm Style breakfast (3 eggs, hash browns, bacon/sausage, toast) Multiple seating arrangements: counter, booths and tables. They also have some of the best cheesecake ever. They have an easy entrance and exit parking lot to either go north or south on the highway, so no matter what direction you're coming from, stop in!

  • Brennan H.

At my table of four, we had a sugar packet wrapper stuck to the inside of a glass, salsa debris on the inside of another glass, and fully-cooked scotch tape stuck to a sausage patty. Gross and disgusting.

    (1)
  • Juli H.

The prime rib I had was tasteless and had onion stuck to it. My dad asked for the medium rare prime rare and he got well done and the chef said he cannot make it medium rare. The French onion soup was gross and had weird specs floating around in it. If you are desperate for tasteless food, come here.

It's been years since I visited this spot. I used to get the lemon soup but on this visit I came during breakfast hours and had plenty of food to share. My waitress was sweet and made sure that everyone in my dining party had what they needed and checked on us regularly without being a bugaboo. Located about 8 minutes from Great Lakes Naval Base, it's not uncommon to see a few Master Chiefs huddled in a booth talking ish and slurping down coffee. If you are eligible for a military discount, let your cashier know ahead of time so that you can keep a few of your coins in your pocket. This spot has that Mel's diner feel and the seasoned waitresses to give you a hard time when you can't make up your mind...lol Try the broasted chicken if you are here.

    (3)
  • Richard B.

Moved up a star to 4, I guess because I know what to expect and what to order. Or better, what not to order. Friendly staff, easy crowd, no pretentiousness. Eggs good. Potatoes good. Pumpernickel toast- a treat. Pasta- not so great, roast turkey- hit or miss, can be great. Fish- dry. Salads- side salad is great. Soups- very good. Stuffed pepper- go for it. Greek deserts- heavenly. $2.50 for three slices of tomato....not on my watch.

Been coming here for about 1 year and I can't complain. If I do have a complaint they have no issue fixing it. During the afternoon have a regular waitress Yolanda and late at night Peggy. Good food fair price ... The owner every year does a free Thanksgiving to all cause he so grateful :)

    (4)
  • Rameela N.

Great customer service, people are super sweet there. We took my husband there for his navy graduation. The food is awesome, plenty of food for cheap! I loved the home feeling experience. Been there twice already, will come again.

    (5)
  • Shannon B.

It's a diner, not a Jersey diner... But a hole in the wall. Typical menu, typical waitress, typical gross frozen food. But the decor is dated and dusty, the silver wasn't cleaned good, and the floors were quite sticky. If you want to see a diner that belongs on restaurant impossible this is your place.

    (2)
  • Heather M.

I have been going here since I was a little girl (I'm in my 30s now). I absolutely love this place. It became like a second home to me and my parents. Great food, casual dining. The owner is amazing :) Great food at great prices. I have come here for breakfast/lunch/dinner and have never had a bad experience.

    (5)
  • Bill A.

If you like broasted chicken, this is the best around. Every time i see someplace that advertises that they have broasted chicken we generally will try it. All fall short of the chicken served here. The place itself is your basic Greek joint, and that good. Give it a try.

  • Zachary M.

Food was delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately there was another waitress who was quite loud with her frustrations and yelled at who appeared yo be the owner. When we were leaving we paid our bill with the owner and when I asked about the Military discount he sighed, rolled his eyes and told me I should have done it beforehand. I told him nevermind, and figuring out how much 10% is apparently too complicated. The 5 stars for the food. 3 stars overall.

  • Vivian L.

This place is gross. We caught our waitress eating off another patron's plate after they were done with it. After she took our plate, I overheard her say that she was going to take our leftovers home too. Very unprofessional. We're never going back.

OMG where do I start. This is my 1st here, I'm visiting from New Orleans and this food was good... I had no clue on what I was walking into, just was praying the food was good...lol.. the staff was super friendly and the wait time was long at all... 2thumbs up to this place. I was very pleased...

  • Tessa S.

The food was horrible. We ordered breakfast, how do you ruin breakfast?! My husbands omelet was filled with several ingredients that were not listed on the menu and the "home fries" we more like a fried mashed potato patty. Fresh fruit was advertised as the topping for the waffles but instead it was some old tasting, frozen strawberry with sauce cocktail. Not to mention that waffle, served with 2 slices on bacon cost me $16!! NOT the price that was listed on the menu. Needless to say I was disappointed. Just a disgusting waste of money.

Never been to a restaurant that was willing to turn away a paying customer because they didn't want to open the only booth with an outlet simply because they didn't want too. Guess there's a first time for everything. I walked in prepared to study for an exam which meant I would have been there for a while and would have ordered a dinner, coffee and a desert. I tend to tip well for late night food service mostly because I appreciate how difficult it must be. I asked if there were any booths with an outlet and was told there weren't any in the restaurant. I then kindly mentioned the booth in corner and was told I couldn't use it because she "didn't feel like opening it". I left saying I guess I'll have to find a diner that has a booth with an outlet and then thanked her for her time.

First timer at Full Moon. Lots of choices. Great and tasty food. Great service old style diner. Would definitely be returning. Don't know how but coffee always taste better. Our server was Helen (Greek) and she is lovely. Price is reasonable.

  • Ryan K.

Sitting at the counter and overheard a waitress tell a gentlemen that Full Moon doesn't serve "to go" orders for seniors or kids. Real classy place. Please someone sue them for not serving a "black child" or a "Latina grandmother"

  • Chris P.

Food is just above average but the vehicle that drives product is much higher. Atmosphere is great! I love mom and pop local restaurants and this is at the top of my list. Sitting at the counter is offered and I have taken advantage several times. When visiting Great Lakes Naval Base on business I always make a point to eat here.

    (5)
  • Jay I.

3.5 stars This is a very convenient American diner which opens 24 hrs. Since they cook a lot of different American dishes, you will have no problem finding what you want to eat with reasonable price. Quality is just about average.

  • Andrew B.

Two words.... CHORIZO OMELETTE! If I wasn't so tired after working the midnight shift, I'd stop here every morning for breakfast before my commute back to the city. Great food, atmosphere and price.

There's always a good amount of parking but this is definitely just a normal diner. However, it was not as good as I thought it would be. Food: 1. Blueberry Waffle: overloaded with jam that made it WAY too sweet. It was really overkill with the jam. But the waffle itself was nice and crisp but still fluffy and thick. I would recommend this but to go easy on the toppings or have the fruit jam on the side because it was too much. 2. Skillet: Too much OIL. Goodness there was oil seeping everywhere that made it so unappetizing... but I guess I might just be spoiled by Wildberry skillets with the delicious cheeses. This skillet was topped with American Kraft-like Cheese with very few vegetables. It was mainly egg. :/ 3. Fries: I love french fries and it's my guilty pleasure. But one of the things I dont like is when fries are so oily that it's kind of translucent from being DOUBLE FRIED? no no no no no. Def wouldn't get that again. 1 additional star for the friendly service. But I doubt I would be returning any time soon.

  • Andrea V.

The food here is great, the service however is lacking. We had a brain dead waitress who couldn't figure out to split a check. When we paid, we asked the hostess (tall woman in a yellow blazer) to split them. She was extremely rude about it and turned around to use the calculator and proceeded to talk about us like we couldn't hear her. Her attitude problem ruined our otherwise enjoyable lunch.

    (1)
  • John A.

Really liked the atmosphere and the people. Had ham and eggs over medium with potatoes, Greek toast and coffee. Food was overall decent. Service was great. I would go again. Only a few things I would like to see change. Ham was pretty salty. Whatever oil or butter-like stuff they put on the potatoes is oily tasting and they use way too much of it. I like it a little more natural if you will. Coffee flowed non-stop but was weak and acidic. Greek toast was excellent. Eggs were done perfect. Should I give this place another try?

    (3)
  • Penny L.

Lost my business. I used to think this place was decent until I realized that not only do they lie about having Pam spray (what restaurant doesn't) and have served me food countless times covered in oil or grease or whatever it was but they messed up my order so bad that it as hard as a hockey puck and completely inedible so owed me a credit to which they refused to fully honor. They used to substitute bread products for fruit, which according to the rude waitress they don't do. No more will I drive 40 minutes to eat here. Terrible service and sub par food.

  • Rebekah R.

Awesome place for the family or just friends. Service is awesome, they're always nice and catering to our orders and needs. The Food it self is just plain delicious. And the Management is just the best people around. Not only do they offer the kidos a free Lollypop but i was given a bag if M&Ms!!!!.... they're just amazing and so kind. I'm looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu ;D

  • Karen F.

I really, really wanted to like this place. There is nothing like a good diner....and this is nothing like a good diner. (rimshot) Seriously, though, when the mashed potatoes came and they were instant and served with canned gravy, they lost their diner cred.

    (2)
  • Travis F.

I'd hate to cook there given the size of the menu, but they have something for every one and they prepare it well. Now: Cheesecake. I've made a lot of cheesecake. There have probably been individual days when I've made more cheesecake than most people ever will. I don't like New York style cheesecake too much at all. It is not my preference. It used to be that I'd only get my cheesecake from Eli's while in Chicago. The Full Moon Restaurant has a GREAT New York style cheesecake, and during some stays I don't even visit Eli's unless I need vanilla any more, depending on where I'm staying.

Who doesn't love going here late night after everything has closed and you need some food?! Pretty classic menu but it's always fun with friends and pretty good service. I usually just order a club or some fries but my friends have gotten other things like chicken tenders or burgers and like them.

Great place for a hearty breakfast. The Belgium waffle combo includes 3 eggs and choice of sausage or bacon. My coworker had the potato pancake special, which was equally filling. Service was fast and friendly. Everything was clean.

What a delightful find for us when we were in town for our son's Navy Pass & Review. We were looking online for breakfast in the area and saw this down the street and thought "why not?" Charming atmosphere, delicious food. Not your every day breakfast fare. The four of us were very happy with our meal and friendly service.

  • Steve F.

Been a customer for more than 15 years. Much more than your average diner. The wait staff is always friendly, fast and accurate. The managers are genuinely interested if everything was OK? They treat our kids like they were theirs We go about once a month.

  • David L.

Its the Full Moon, you are not only getting decent diner food but the full moon experience. A true american truck stop.

A truck stop with some decent food. I would come here for a late night meal if I needed to. That's about it.

    (3)
  • Mandy V.

Food was normal diner quality. Nothing super special. HOWEVER, I had the rudest waitress I've ever encountered. Very sassy and sarcastic when nothing funny was even said. No smiles or gratitude. Gave some of my friends inappropriate nicknames that were very insulting.

    (2)
  • Aaron F.

Not the best experience I've had in this area to say the least. The service was rather poor, we felt ignored. The food wasn't very warm and tasted off and the ranch dressing we were served had gone bad. Probably won't be eating here again anytime soon.

    (2)
  • Christine C.

Love the service. We have been twice and the waitresses we had were just very friendly, fun and had a sense of humor! This place is a classic diner. They have all types of menu items (including Gyros!) and serve breakfast all day. I had the Tuna salad sandwich both times and loved it!!! The breakfast portions looked big and tasty. Every room had TVs too and the bar is just perfect place for one person to sit at.

I still love this place. It has been at least 20 years since the last time I was here. I used to go all the time as a kid with my dad when Fort Sheridan was still open. So I decide to stop after a late Monday night in the the city. 3:30am, only customer in 2 hours. The waitress was a sweetheart. I actually felt bad about breaking her away from her word search book. Ordered the Full Moon Breakfast Skillet with bacon. Epicly delicious. Potatoes super crispy, bacon crispy (which is impressve to me since it is under eggs and cheese and potatoes) Eggs cooked exactly to order. Since it was slow, even the cook came out to make sure everything was cooked right, big plus in my book. I was in HEAVEN! Full Moon is every bit as fantastic as I remember, and I will probably be there a lot more often now. P.S. I love Roseanne reruns at 4am, kudos for good late night TV picks!

Stopped at this joint on the way back late at night after a show in Chicago. I'm not sure if it was the martinis I had at Smart Bar but the place was a little surreal. In a good way. The other diners seemed to be regulars and sitting at the counter gave us a first-hand look at the waitstaff/kitchen interaction, which was fun and funny. Ordered a basic greek omelette (feta omelette) which came with American fries and hot coffee. Totally hit the spot. If you enjoy classic Americana diner experiences (as I occasionally do), this one's definitely worth a stop. It's kitschy, it's fun, and totally edible.

I visited with my wife & son on a Sunday evening after my cousin recommended it to us. He had eaten here many times when he was stationed at Naval Station Great Lakes. All three of us got breakfast. My son had the Ultimate Pancakes and really enjoyed them. My wife had the Ultimate Waffles and she liked them as well. I had the 3 egg breakfast and it was good. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is the waitress. She stopped by the table to get our drink order right away. When she delivered the drinks, we weren't ready to order and asked for a few more minutes. A few more minutes turned into 10 minutes and she only came over because I was able to get the hostesses attention and ask her to send our waitress over. When the waitress arrived she had an attitude that wasn't there before. I don't know what happened but she was not a very good waitress at all. I will go back there again and hope I don't get the same waitress or she is in a better mood.

Awesome for what it is- a local greasy spoon. You won't get memorable food here, but you will get solid American fare. The portions are generous and the waitstaff was friendly.

    (3)
  • Thomas R.

Ample helpings from an extensive menu that covers all possible bases. Hearty comfort food hits the spot. My compatriot enjoyed his Monte Cristo (decidedly not heart-healthy) and my Chorizo and Egg skillet kept me fat, dumb, and happy for hours. Super friendly and attentive waitress. A solid, truck-stop diner that still feels cozy, welcoming, and neighborly.

I have been to Full Moon about 4 times in the past 2 months. This is a summary of those experiences: Food: Some people on here say the food is mediocre. I think it's quite a bit better than that. It's decent diner food. No, not as good as the East Coast, and yes, some things are microwaved. But really, some stuff is homemade and damn good. The specials tend to be better than some of the regular menu items. Price: Fantastic! You get a ton of food for really cheap. For under $10 you can get a large entry, plus soup and bread. The portions are generous. Service: Here is where it gets sticky. The waitresses have all been great. No complaints. In fact, they're better than average. The hostess, however, has acted aggressive and hostile towards her servers on more than one occasion! It was downright uncomfortable. She was swearing, chewing them out in front of the whole place, audibly criticized them behind their backs, etc. It was apparent that the servers just had to deal with it, and that it basically this hostess woman over-reacting. I damn near said something to the hostess. This happened twice, and I haven't wanted to go back since. If it weren't for those awful experiences I would have given this place 5 stars for the decent food, great prices, and friendly waitresses. For the people who had bad service experiences here, maybe it was because the servers were being verbally abused :(

Wanted to love this place as I've been passing it for over 30 years. Went with the traditional breakfast order [bacon & eggs] including biscuits and gravy. Some places have bacon and eggs that for one reason or another just rock, this was not the place and the gravy had minimal flavor at best. Biscuits were good, service was good and the atmosphere was exactly what I expected - perfect. Close to the whole package but just not quite there with the food.

Went here the morning after my son graduated from boot camp at nearby Great Lakes Naval Station. We had traditional breakfast fare, it was delivered to our table promptly, hot off the grill and by a friendly waitress who acted like she had invited us over to breakfast at her own home. Numerous people working at, or customers at the restaurant stopped by to shake my son's hand and tell him thank you for serving his country. Pretty remarkable experience and the food was really good and reasonably priced too!

I've been going to the Full Moon since my Navy days and love everything about it. I sometimes ride my 10 speed bike 33 miles from Chicago just to have breakfast there and read the local Navy Great Lakes Newspaper.

If you are a high schooler or NTC grad, this place may be a respite in this desert of food options. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. Listening to the microwave oven operate in the kitchen was a sure sign of canned food to come. This is no better than a McDonald's. My apologies to McDonald's for the comparison. The best attribute is the fact it is open 24 hours a day. This place would never never cut it as a diner in NJ.

Great customer service, people are super sweet there. We took my husband there for his navy graduation. The food is awesome, plenty of food for cheap! I loved the home feeling experience. Been there twice already, will come again.

I have been going here since I was a little girl (I'm in my 30s now). I absolutely love this place. It became like a second home to me and my parents. Great food, casual dining. The owner is amazing :) Great food at great prices. I have come here for breakfast/lunch/dinner and have never had a bad experience.

If you like broasted chicken, this is the best around. Every time i see someplace that advertises that they have broasted chicken we generally will try it. All fall short of the chicken served here. The place itself is your basic Greek joint, and that good. Give it a try.

Sitting at the counter and overheard a waitress tell a gentlemen that Full Moon doesn't serve "to go" orders for seniors or kids. Real classy place. Please someone sue them for not serving a "black child" or a "Latina grandmother"

3.5 stars This is a very convenient American diner which opens 24 hrs. Since they cook a lot of different American dishes, you will have no problem finding what you want to eat with reasonable price. Quality is just about average.

I really, really wanted to like this place. There is nothing like a good diner....and this is nothing like a good diner. (rimshot) Seriously, though, when the mashed potatoes came and they were instant and served with canned gravy, they lost their diner cred.

Been a customer for more than 15 years. Much more than your average diner. The wait staff is always friendly, fast and accurate. The managers are genuinely interested if everything was OK? They treat our kids like they were theirs We go about once a month.

Food was normal diner quality. Nothing super special. HOWEVER, I had the rudest waitress I've ever encountered. Very sassy and sarcastic when nothing funny was even said. No smiles or gratitude. Gave some of my friends inappropriate nicknames that were very insulting.

Not the best experience I've had in this area to say the least. The service was rather poor, we felt ignored. The food wasn't very warm and tasted off and the ranch dressing we were served had gone bad. Probably won't be eating here again anytime soon.

Enjoy it.

I didn't think this place was all that great. The waitress was alright. Nothing more to say except that I should of gone to IHOP and had one of their pancakes rather than spend almost $8 on a burnt Belgian waffle. Yep, that's all what $8 got me.

Been a customer for more than 15 years. Much more than your average diner. The wait staff is always friendly, fast and accurate. The managers are genuinely interested if everything was OK? They treat our kids like they were theirs We go about once a month.

Who doesn't love going here late night after everything has closed and you need some food?! Pretty classic menu but it's always fun with friends and pretty good service. I usually just order a club or some fries but my friends have gotten other things like chicken tenders or burgers and like them.

Its the Full Moon, you are not only getting decent diner food but the full moon experience. A true american truck stop.

A truck stop with some decent food. I would come here for a late night meal if I needed to. That's about it.

This is our family restaurant. My husband grew up coming here with his parents & siblings when his father served in the military. And now we bring our family here because my husband is also in the military now. The wait staff are kind, Der woman who make you feel at home when you're there. They even call you hun, hunny and sugar. Makes me feel like they're a great aunt or grandmother. The food is always consistent and the portions are large. Whether it's breakfast, inch or dinner you can't go wrong. Bottomless hot coffee no matter how busy they are-hard to get at most diners.

Enjoy it.

I didn't think this place was all that great. The waitress was alright. Nothing more to say except that I should of gone to IHOP and had one of their pancakes rather than spend almost $8 on a burnt Belgian waffle. Yep, that's all what $8 got me.

A greasy spoon which menu is way too big to do anything really well, but the waitresses are nice and it is open all night so it is a great place to go with some friend in the middle of the night.

If you like broasted chicken, this is the best around. Every time i see someplace that advertises that they have broasted chicken we generally will try it. All fall short of the chicken served here. The place itself is your basic Greek joint, and that good. Give it a try.

At my table of four, we had a sugar packet wrapper stuck to the inside of a glass, salsa debris on the inside of another glass, and fully-cooked scotch tape stuck to a sausage patty. Gross and disgusting.

Been coming here for about 1 year and I can't complain. If I do have a complaint they have no issue fixing it. During the afternoon have a regular waitress Yolanda and late at night Peggy. Good food fair price ... The owner every year does a free Thanksgiving to all cause he so grateful :)

I have been going here since I was a little girl (I'm in my 30s now). I absolutely love this place. It became like a second home to me and my parents. Great food, casual dining. The owner is amazing :) Great food at great prices. I have come here for breakfast/lunch/dinner and have never had a bad experience.

The prime rib I had was tasteless and had onion stuck to it. My dad asked for the medium rare prime rare and he got well done and the chef said he cannot make it medium rare. The French onion soup was gross and had weird specs floating around in it. If you are desperate for tasteless food, come here.

This place is gross. We caught our waitress eating off another patron's plate after they were done with it. After she took our plate, I overheard her say that she was going to take our leftovers home too. Very unprofessional. We're never going back.

OMG where do I start. This is my 1st here, I'm visiting from New Orleans and this food was good...

Sitting at the counter and overheard a waitress tell a gentlemen that Full Moon doesn't serve "to go" orders for seniors or kids. Real classy place. Please someone sue them for not serving a "black child" or a "Latina grandmother"

3.5 stars This is a very convenient American diner which opens 24 hrs. Since they cook a lot of different American dishes, you will have no problem finding what you want to eat with reasonable price. Quality is just about average.

Two words.... CHORIZO OMELETTE! If I wasn't so tired after working the midnight shift, I'd stop here every morning for breakfast before my commute back to the city. Great food, atmosphere and price.

I really, really wanted to like this place. There is nothing like a good diner....and this is nothing like a good diner. (rimshot) Seriously, though, when the mashed potatoes came and they were instant and served with canned gravy, they lost their diner cred.
